Ownar (“the app”, “we”, “us”) helps you keep track of the companies you own and their registration, renewal and compliance deadlines. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
The short version
• Ownar works fully offline. Your data is stored on your device and isn’t sent anywhere unless you choose to create an account and sign in.
• If you sign in, your data is backed up to your private cloud space so you can sync across your devices. Only you can access it.
• We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party analytics or tracking.
Company information you enter. Names, jurisdictions, registration/BR numbers, incorporation and financial-year-end dates, deadlines, shareholders and subsidiaries, bank-account details, notes, and any documents or logo images you add.
Account information (only if you sign in). Your email address and an authentication identifier, handled by Google Firebase Authentication. If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, that provider tells us a unique ID and (if you allow it) your email.
Device notification permission. Used only to show you local reminders for your deadlines. Reminders are scheduled on your device; their content is not sent to us.
We do not operate a separate server that reads your company data.
Solely to provide the app’s features: showing your companies and deadlines, reminding you before deadlines, and — if you sign in — backing up and syncing your data across your devices. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed by our infrastructure provider (Google Firebase) purely to store and sync it on your behalf. If you use the app’s export/share feature, content goes only where you direct it.
Ownar is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
